2017 State Procurement Law Institute

NASPO's 2017 State Procurement Law Institute is an opportunity to further knowledge of legal issues involved in procurement, and to foster a community of interest among those government lawyers representing NASPO's membership.

The goals of the 2017 program include:

  • Develop a conference program which educates attorneys working in support of state government procurement on the legal issues impacting state central procurement.
  • Employ innovative conference formats and best practices in adult education in all aspects of the conference agenda.
  • Equip attorneys to collaborate with state central procurement leaders in support of positive contract outcomes for the state.
  • Provide an in-person platform for inter-state exchange of information among attorneys working in support of central procurement offices.
