NASPO will make hotel reservations for you based on the arrival and departure information provided in your registration form. NASPO will pay for up to five nights lodging (September 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28) only. If additional nights are required due to travel constraints, those nights must be approved by NASPO prior to booking. Hotel reservations must be received by Friday, August 26, 2016. Requests received after the deadline are subject to availability.
The group hotel rate is $189 per night, plus taxes and fees (currently 13.4%, for a total nightly fee of $214.33, please contact NASPO Staff if you need additional information regarding hotel expenses), and includes complimentary wireless internet access. This discounted rate will be honored three days prior to the conference dates based on availability, contact NASPO if you’d like to establish your arrival date earlier than September 24. The hotel does not have availability to extend stays beyond the conclusion of the conference.

Traveling by air? Plan to fly into the Minneapolis – St. Paul International Airport. If you’re flying, you have a few options to choose from to reach the hotel from the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport. You may reserve a seat on Super Shuttle
with a rate of $16 each way. You may also opt for the bus service with a rate of $2.25 each way or a taxi with an approximate rate of $50 each way. For your convenience, we have enlisted a dedicated travel agent to handle member air travel arrangements. Members will receive instructions on booking your travel in your registration confirmation message.
Planning to travel by car? The Minneapolis Marriott City Center offers overnight self-parking for $23 per day. You may also choose to valet for $36 per day. On-site parking expenses for qualifying members are fully reimbursable by NASPO.
