NASPO hosts numerous events, both in-person and virtual, to promote excellence and community in the procurement profession.
This engaging event is designed for NASPO members who coordinate state procurement training efforts. It offers a platform to share peer-to-peer solutions, learn the latest instructional methodologies, and exchange training resources. Ideal attendees include staff members from state central procurement offices responsible for overseeing and/or delivering professional development for central procurement staff, as well as those who coordinate procurement training for external agencies.
We are excited to welcome both current and future State Leads to our NASPO Leads Conference 2025. The Leads Conference is an opportunity for state procurement officials to engage with their peers in the procurement profession as we collectively work to elevate the profession and bring innovation to procurement.
The NASPO REACH Conference leverages the collective experience of state procurement staff. By sharing best practices and innovative approaches to state procurement, REACH provides education for front-line staff to learn from and replicate back in their states. Members will have the opportunity to engage with other members, creating connections and building networks to support their professional careers. NASPO will provide seven complimentary registrations for each state, including full coverage of travel expenses per the NASPO Travel Policy. Primary Members are welcome to attend using one of the seven registrations. All state members need Primary Member approval to attend.
Unite with procurement leaders nationwide to leverage the power of procurement by joining us at NASPO’s Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on September 28-Oct 1, 2025. NASPO’s Annual Conference provides a platform for the NASPO community to interact, network, and conduct the organization’s business in a positive, cohesive manner.
The 2025 NASPO State Procurement Law Institute is an opportunity to further your knowledge of legal issues involved in procurement and to foster a community of interest among those government attorneys representing NASPO’s membership
The NASPO Exchange builds relationships among the supplier community and state governments, the largest consumers of goods and services in the country. This conference is a place where learning, networking, and partnering come together to develop business relationships to support public procurements that are effective, efficient, transparent, and fair. Each state receives two complimentary registrations to attend. Additional attendees from each state may register using their state’s PD funds, with approval from their CPO. To maximize the Exchange One-On-One experience for both suppliers and state procurement officials, only manufacturers and suppliers are invited to attend.
