We are excited to welcome both current and future State Leads to our NASPO Leads Conference 2025. The Leads Conference is an opportunity for state procurement officials to engage with their peers in the procurement profession as we collectively work to elevate the profession and bring innovation to procurement.
Conference Objectives
Provide professional development opportunities for current State Leads looking to stay up to date on the challenges and solutions facing procurement offices today.
Provide a professional development pathway for future State Leads to understand the NASPO ValuePoint procurement process and cooperative procurement.
Highlight what’s new to the NASPO ValuePoint procurement process and objectives.
Establish a framework for bringing innovation into the procurement process, without being bogged down with all the red tape.
Share best practices, tools, templates, and strategies to manage engagement with suppliers.
Share best practices and tools for contract administration.
Network with other State Leads to build a learning community.
Examine ValuePoint processes, policies, focus areas, and priorities for the coming year.
While current State Leads will receive priority registration, state procurement officials looking to expand their knowledge and influence in the profession or serve on NVP Sourcing Teams are welcome. With current seating limitations, current State Leads are encouraged to register as soon as registration opens. Future State Leads are encouraged to register for the waitlist, for which available seating will be given.
