The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has announced the election results for its 2025-2026 Board of Directors at its 2024 Annual Conference, taking place in Indianapolis, IN.

The newly elected 2025-2026 NASPO Board Members are:

• President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
• Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
• Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
• Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California
• Director-at-Large – Brandon Spencer, Florida

NASPO’s 2025-2026 Full Board of Directors are:

• President – Deborah Damore, Vermont
• President-Elect – Sherri Maxwell, Colorado
• Immediate Past President – Valerie Bollinger, Idaho
• Director-at-Large – Jared Ambrosier, Michigan
• Director-at-Large – Windy Aphayrath, Utah
• Director-at-Large – Steve Berg, South Dakota
• Director-at-Large – Nancy Hapeman, District of Columbia
• Director-at-Large – Bobby Pounds, Texas
• Director-at-Large – Angela Shell, California
• Director-at-Large – Brandon Spencer, Florida
• NASPO ValuePoint Executive Council Chair – David O’Neal, North Carolina
