The COVID-19 Pandemic, ongoing supply chain issues, increases in remote/hybrid workers, advances in technology: so many factors impact market research strategies. Join Procurement U and ProcurementIQ for an engaging workshop focused on an exploration of the importance of solid market research (the Why), and the use of practical and effective modern market research techniques ( the Who, What, When, Where, and How).

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the core needs and purpose of a modern approach to market research.
  • Utilize several different market research resource tools including ProcurementIQ (available free to all NASPO members).
  • Develop a thorough market research process and plan.
  • Apply effective market research techniques

Contact Hours: This training offers 5 total contact hours for continuing education credit. (1 hour of pre-work assignments which will be sent to you prior to the event and should be completed before the training begins, and 4 hours of in-person instruction in Kansas City.)
