Erin Kellam was appointed Deputy Commissioner of Procurement/CPO within the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) in 2017. Her previous position with IDOA was that of Deputy General Counsel, Ethics Officer and Director of Executive Branch Lobbying. Prior to joining IDOA, she oversaw several programs within the Indiana Department of Health in both legal and non-legal capacities. This gives her a unique understanding of the challenges programs face as they navigate the policy and legal requirements of procurement. Her team of Directors are incredible procurement professionals (and even better humans!) and together their procurement team provides invaluable assistance guiding agencies through the procurement process. She is a proud graduate of Indiana University Kelly School of Business in Bloomington, IN – GO HOOSIERS! Erin earned her law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH and is licensed to practice in the state of Indiana.
