Stacy Blank, CPPO, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, has served Kentuckians for over 34 years in state government. Her journey in procurement began at the Department of Juvenile Justice. She advanced into procurement management with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, where she dedicated more than 29 years of her career. She has also ventured into the private sector, contributing her expertise to an IT Company for 1.5 years.
In 2019, Stacy returned to work for the Commonwealth, joining the Finance Cabinet, office of Procurement Services, where she has served as the Procurement IT Division Director, as well as Deputy Executive Director. Stacy is highly involved in National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO), the Institute for Public Procurement (NIGP) and the Kentucky Public Procurement Association (KPPA.)
She has served as a board member for KPPA for three consecutive terms. Over the years, she assumed various responsibilities, including president, Vice President, and Secretary, while also chairing multiple committees within the association.
