Kathy Robinson was appointed Director of the Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, Office of Procurement Services in September 2022. She has over 30 years of state government experience, including as Procurement lead for the Kentucky Department of Corrections. She joined the FAC Office of Procurement Services in 2006 and has served as the Professional Services Contract Director, the Information Technology Division Director and the Deputy Executive Director. As Director Kathy oversees the procurement for the Commonwealth Executive Branch agencies in excess of their small purchase authority, professional service solicitations and awards issued by Executive Branch agencies and the Kentucky Procurement Institute training and certificate program. She served three consecutive terms on the Kentucky Public Procurement Associate Board and has provided numerous procurement training sessions for the Executive Branch.
