Ross Campbell serves as the Director for the Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management for the Department of Finance and Administration. He has worked for the state of Mississippi for more than 33 years. Prior to serving as Director, he worked for the State Auditor’s Office for fifteen years and for the Secretary of State’s Office for seven years. He holds CPPS and CPPA Certifications from the National Property Managers Association. Tenure July, 2017.
