Deb Damore is the director of purchasing and contracting for the State of Vermont, Office of Purchasing and Contracting. Deb began her career in public procurement approximately twenty years. Deb worked in the private sector procurement industry prior to public procurement. Deb is a past president of the National Association of State Procurement Officials.
