Cheryl has served as the Director of the State Bureau of Procurement since April 2020. She is the state’s Chief Procurement Officer responsible for oversight of all Bureau functions including procurement and contracting, policy, audit and training. Prior to that, Cheryl served as the Deputy Director and previously served as Section Chief of the Enterprise Sourcing Section. Cheryl’s has spent all her nearly 20-year career in the State of Wisconsin in procurement.
